About the Event

The theme of 2022’s Festival is 5G : Empowering a Connected Workforce. This Festival is a one-day showcase on how 5G introduces new technological transformation and innovations that can shape industry paradigm.

There are two parts to the Festival: The first half of the day will focus on panel discussions with key speakers, industry leaders and guests of honour. The second half of the day will be dedicated to Learning Journeys at selected 5G and related technologies partner sites.

The Minister of Communication and Information, Mrs Josephine Teo will be joining us, along with IMDA’s Deputy Chief Executive (Development), Mr Kiren Kumar, NTUC’s Assistant Director-General, Mr Gilbert Tan and Ericsson’s Vice President of Network Solutions, Mr Raymond Soh.

The event will see key presentations from PSA Singapore’s Assistant Vice President (Network Infrastructure), Mr Klenn Chong and BHG Singapore’s Head of Finance, Mr Wilson Cheng.

This will be followed by two discussion panels, “Accelerating 5G economy with 5G Workforce” and “How Emerging Technologies Change The Future of Work Panel Discussion”. These discussion panels will be moderated by Dell Technologies’ Vice President & Managing Director Singapore, Mr Andy Sim and Microsoft’s Chief Technology & Security Officer Singapore, Mr Richard Koh.
